Limited Capacity seats available

Feeling anxious, stressed and overwhelmed? Craving moments of stillness and relaxation? Do you enjoy savasana and wish it lasted longer? If so, this workshop is for you.
In our Sound Bath Savasana your body and mind are immersed in live meditative vibrational sounds of Paiste gongs, quartz crystal and bronze singing bowls, as well as other ancient instruments. During the Sound Bath Savasana you may experience a meditative state of heightened awareness and inner harmony. The "build and release" cycles of the sound sequences will further soothe and balance your nervous system, and an emotional clearing and a release of physical tension may occur. The more open you are to relaxing and surrendering the more you will release and enter a state of healing.
Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and items to enhance your comfort, e.g. blanket, pillow, bolster, eye covering.
